What is the Sounder Sleep System ?
The Sounder Sleep System is a method based on somatic learning and the principles of the Feldenkrais Method. It was developed by Michael Krugman to help people improve their sleep naturally, without the need for invasive techniques or drugs.
It is based on the relationship between movement, breathing, and relaxation to calm the nervous system and facilitate sleep. Unlike other approaches, it requires no effort or willpower, but instead uses gentle, conscious movements that induce a state of deep relaxation.
